About this project
GooZam is a multi-organization real-time response and service operations platform built around an API server, web portal, and native Android and iOS applications. It was designed to connect distressed users, verified volunteers, businesses, and participating organizations through incident reporting, live chat, push notifications, navigation support, and role-based operational control. Beyond response workflows, the platform also included CRM capabilities, business pages, volunteer and business ratings, payment integration, OAuth2-secured APIs, analytics, and organization-level data isolation, making it suitable for scalable multi-tenant operations and broader on-demand service use cases.
